用matlab实现遗传算法程序，各个部分分开为几个函数，适用一般遗传算法应用(Matlab genetic algorithm used to achieve process to separate the various parts of several functions, the application of genetic algorithm application)

本软件是时变的VAR模型，能够考察变量间的冲击效应，及其结构变化特征，是较为理想的时间序列工具。(This software is a time-varying VAR model is able to examine, impact effect among the variables, and structural changes, is the ideal time series tools.)

分组法求点方向图.若要求其他的指纹图像的点方向图,将“fp=imread( finger.tif ) 读入指纹图象”里的imread的参数修改成所需要的图像文件名。图像准备好后，在matlab中直接运行即可。(Packet Method pattern requires fingerprint image point pattern, fp = imread (' finger.tif to' ) reads the fingerprint image " the imread parameters modify the image files into the required names.
