(Developing virtual serial port driver under Windows XP operating system)

说明：  动态创建access或者oracle的ODBC数据源(create dynamic access to the oracle or ODBC data sources)

(Serial communication processing necessary to coordinate multiple threads running, a thread must wait until the end of the beginning of another thread in a thread at the same time deal with the need to deal with the rest of the thread to be suspended waiting for in order to reduce the remaining lines to be processed way of CPU resources occupation, is the thread once the deal by the end of treatment inter-thread communication signal to hit live thread was hang a thread into the handle.)

this is useful for every one in simulation.

(Enum all NICs,get NIC paramates,check NIC state,enable/disable nic)

(Visual Basic as a development tool, Access as the backend , which is the development of a combination of classic stand-alone management information system. Including 10 different instances for the study.)
