TURBO均衡算法，完整的通信系统，可直接仿真，信源编码调制瑞利水落信道，然后接收端进行解码均衡，最后绘出误码率曲线图(TURBO equalization algorithm, a complete communication system, direct simulation, the source code modulation Mizuochi Rayleigh channel, then the receiver decodes the equalizer, and finally the bit error rate plotted graph)
