A code of Meanshift algorithm

说明：  利用区域能量方法的matlab图像处理程序直接可用(Use of regional energy method matlab image processing program can be used directly)

虹膜归一化的代码，只要给出定位好的虹膜图片，就可以很好的进行归一化，使用的极坐标变换。(Normalized iris code, as long as the position is given a good iris image, you can be a good uniform, the use of the polar coordinate transformation.)

说明：  水体提取功能，里面主要实现了多源遥感卫星水体提取，入库，推送等后续代码功能(Water extraction function, which mainly realizes the multi-source remote sensing satellite water extraction, storage, push and other follow-up code functions)

使用matlab对图像进行处理实现鱼眼校正，效果良好(Use matlab image processing fish-eye correction, and to good effect)

对遥感图像进行分类，使用k均值算法,对Indian_pines数据进行分类(Remote sensing image classification, using the k-means algorithm)

模糊C均值聚类算法，对图像进行分类，图像处理，多类划分，SAR图像分类(Fuzzy c-means algorithm clustering algorithm, the image classification, image processing, many kinds of division, the SAR image classification)

在对散乱点云进行三维重建时，许多算法都需要求点云的法矢并保证所有法矢的方向一致向外。本程序就是对点云数据求法矢和方向调整，包含文件输入输出的完整程序。(Scattered normals strike and reorientation)

说明：  BMED二维经验模态分解，用于处理二维信号(Two dimensional empirical mode decomposition)
