Interval Arithmetic Toolbox for Matlab

This a two dimensional level set code where the interface grows with normal speed equal -curvature. The code generates a movie showing the interface motion with and explicit first order in time algorithm with center differencing in space.

可以实现血管增强滤波，首先运行初始化文件，然后运行主函数文件（论文参考：Three Dimensional Curvilinear Structure Detection Using Optimally Oriented Flux）(Vascular enhancement filtering can be achieved, first run the initialization file, and then run the main function file)

说明：  完成基本免疫算法中的疫苗注射和繁殖功能，达到最终实现免疫算法计算的功能。(Upon completion of the vaccination of immune algorithm and reproductive function, immune algorithm to achieve the ultimate realization of the function.)

基于matlab的实现函数归一化的功能，可将函数进行均值为0，方差为1的归一化处理。(Matlab-based implementation of function of the normalized function, can function with mean 0, variance 1 normalization processing.)
