transformed sec2time in matlab

image smoothening and filtering

(matlab language development of the annealing algorithm, mainly used algorithms. Find running costs can be achieved with the communication time and the approximate minimum of the function can also be used for task allocation problem, the problem is the pursuit of the 50 tasks assigned to the optimal solution of 8 computers. Detailed source notes, is more easy to understand.)

(License Plate Location Based on Video Image program, which includes image binarization pretreatment, edge extraction, image filtering and morphological processing, etc. Finally, projection for license plate location.)

(Harmonic analysis, fundamental and derived the value of high-order harmonic generation)

(Wavelet packet transform can provide the high frequency part of the finer decomposition, and this decomposition is neither redundant nor oversight, so the signal contains a large amount of high frequency information can be a better time-frequency localization analysis.)

MATLAB programs for Full state observer and reduced order state observer which is used in regulator system has the plant with Ackermann Formula. this code is used in control system engineering .
