说明：  采集到一维数组后，通过平均值方式实现滤波(Filtering by means of average value)

第一部分产生最大128位随机数 第二部分用汉明距离检测误码率 第三部分，第一和第二再加调制（BPSK+QPSK）加白高斯噪声通道awgn，得到结果并用图形显示。(part1: source.vi generate a ramdom bit sequence. part2: erro detection get BER via Humming Dacetance. Part3: part 1+ 2, and modelation (BPSK or QPSK), and AWGN,get BER and show it in diagram.)

说明：  通过labview对BP神经网络进行训练，得到BP模型。(The BP neural network is trained by labview to obtain the BP model.)
