模糊c均值聚类的一种改进算法，比较简单。用的时候先初始化一下，在不断迭代，参考里面的main函数吧。参考的时候去掉一些无关的命令，有些命令是我自己调用的无关的命令，可能目录里面没有，但不妨碍这个算法运行，可以屏蔽掉。(an improved fuzzy c means clustering algorithm)
