说明：  这个模型可以在MATLAB中，为数据库的进入，提供时间倒数，以防止过多地试密码，从而提高系统的保密性( TIMEOUT = LOGINTIMEOUT(FIRSTARG,SECONDARG) returns the current value of time allowed for a connection to a database to be successful. FIRSTARG, an optional argument, is a string that specifies the JDBC driver to be used establishing the database connection.
