这是我本科的毕业设计做的关于医学图像的基于形状的图像检索。预处理用小波去噪 ，特征选用不变矩。(This is my undergraduate graduation design done on the medical images based on the shape of the image retrieval. Pretreatment with wavelet denoising, feature selection invariant moment.)

说明：  将基于小波变换的水印嵌入后的宿主图像加噪处理再提取灰度水印。(will be based on the wavelet transform the watermark embedded in the host Image Noise from Gray again watermark.)

用c语言实现的FIR算法 高通滤波器

基于多尺度形态学提取眼前节组织，已经调试成功，效果明显，可直接使用(Extraction of anterior segment tissue based on multi-scale morphology has been successfully debugged, and can be used directly.)

用自相关法 来实现图像匹配，非常好用，值得一试(Autocorrelation method to achieve the image matching, very easy to use, it is worth a try)

描述小波变换对地震面波的压制，提高信噪比，剔除干扰项(wavelet transform matlab )

说明：  计算两个离散变量x和y的联合熵z = H（x，y）。 输入：x，y：两个相同长度的整数向量输出：z：联合熵 可以使用，有利于学习目的(Compute joint entropy z=H(x,y) of two discrete variables x and y. Input: of x, y: two integer vector of the same length Output: z: joint entropy good for learning purposes)

模拟退火MATLAB程序，可直接运行，或修改参数做其他用途(MATLAB monituihuo program, you can use it solve many problem.)
