vim配置文件，可以直接解压后放在/home/username(vim config file,u can put this file inthe path /home/usrname)

说明：  根据功率谱模拟气象回波，并计算强度，速度，谱宽(According to simulate weather echo power spectrum and calculate the strength, speed, wide-spectrum)

GUI界面，对于灰度图像做简单处理，如平滑、锐化、裁剪、旋转、放大、缩小等。(image processing，include several functions)
