针对现行民用建筑鉴定标准适用于既有公共建筑可靠性鉴定时的内容不足、评价方法保守和评价结果信息量过少的弊端，在原可靠性鉴定规范的基础上综合国内现行规范，建立了包含抗震性能、耐久性、防火性能的既有公共建筑可靠性能评价体系。基于可拓理论将研究对象、评价指标和指标特征结合成物元，通过物元表达式建立了既有公共建筑的可拓评价模型，同时基于MATLAB编制可拓评价程序。(In view of the shortcomings that lack of appraisal contents ,conservative method of evaluation and little information of the evaluation result ,when the existing standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings is applied to the reliability evaluation of existing public buildings, the reliability evaluation system of existing public buildings based on existing Standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings including seismic performance, durability and fire resistance is established. Based on extension theory research, objects and judging indexes as well as the index characteristic values are considered as matter element. Matter-element model of existing public buildings is established in accordance with the relationship between matter-element. At the same time, the extension evaluation program is compiled based on MATLAB.)

Unlike infrastructure based wireless networks, nodes in mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) will also have to act as intermediate nodes for data routing. These additional transmissions will further drain the power resources of mobile nodes which are anyway likely to be running on limited battery power. This paper proposes a Power-Aware Ad hoc On-demand Distance Vector routing protocol (PAW-AODV) for such power limited applications. This uses the overall power resources of the system more efficiently than the standard AODV protocol by choosing routes based on a power-based cost function. We implement our proposed PAW-AODV protocol by suitably modifying AODV and study it through simulations using QUALNET.
