基于MFCC参数和DTW算法的语音识别算法，对0-9这十个数字的中文发音进行识别。该程序对特定的三个人的声音做训练，并用来识别这三个人之外的30个人的发音，即特定人的集合外的识别，程序中已有语料。(The MFCC parameter and DTW algorithm-based speech recognition algorithm, the 0-9 ten digits Chinese pronunciation recognition. Do training of the program on the specific person' s voice and is used to identify these three individuals outside of the 30 individual pronunciation, i.e. the identification of the collection of a specific person, the program already corpus.)

The method works as follows. 1. For a data set with dimensionality, d, compute the variance of data in each dimension (column). 2. Find the column with maximum variance call it cvmax and sort it in any order. 3. Divide the data points of cvmax into K subsets, where K is the desired number of clusters. 4. Find the median of each subset. 5. Use the corresponding data points (vectors) for each median to initialize the cluster centers.
