是一个完成循环卷积的MATLAB程序实现方法实在时域完成的，不同于简单的频域实现，有较好的注释，一看就能懂，用的是矩阵的方法实现的(Is a cyclic convolution achieve implementation of the MATLAB program with it, the finish time domain, frequency domain is different from the simple implementation, there is a good note, one can look to understand, are used in the implementation matrix)
