某些情况下，设备的存储区中只能存储16进制数据。此事将汉字存储到该存储区，以及从该存储区取出16进制数据之后，如何显出成汉字，有点麻烦。本代码解决了这个问题。本代码在安卓4.0环境下测试成功。(In some cases, the storage area of the device can store data in hexadecimal.
