摘 　要:阐述了数字滤波器的设计方法 ,分析了运用 MATLAB软件进行 IIR和 FIR数字滤波器设计的过程。 研究 与实践表明:教学中 ,运用 MATLAB软件进行数字滤波器设计及实现 ,可增强学生的感性认识 ,加深对数字滤波器 设计基本原理的理解 ,改善教学效果。(Abstract: This paper describes the design of digital filter methods, analysis of the use of MATLAB software IIR and FIR digital filter design process. Research and practice shows that: teaching, the use of MATLAB software digital filter design and realization of perceptual knowledge to enhance students understanding of the basic principles of digital filter design understanding, enhance the effectiveness of teaching.)

Most practical filters exhibit steady roll-off characteristic, in contrast to the sharp transition from the pass and stop bands. The important families of filters are: Butterworth, Chebyshev and Elliptic. As part of this lab, we study and design Butterworth filters. Butterworth filters are simple to design and have a maximally flat pass band response. In contrast the Chebyshev and Elliptic filters are difficult to design and have ripples in pass/stop band but have sharper roll off characteristics than Butterworth filters.

采用多天线的认知无线电系统相对于单天线认知无线电系统，既有传统的资源（频域，时域，码域），又有空域资源。本文研究基于博弈论的有限反馈认知MIMO系统的资源分配，涉及发射功率、空域（采用波束成形）和反馈速率等资源的分配。利用有限的反馈信道反馈量化的信道状态信息(CSI)，基于量化CSI，本文主要研究联合功率分配与波束成形优化、次用户（认知用户或非授权用户）反馈速率控制、联合功率分配与反馈速率控制等相关资源分配问题。(Multi-antenna cognitive radio system with respect to a single antenna cognitive radio systems, both traditional resource (frequency domain, time domain, code domain), there airspace resources.
