要求设计一个基于颜色直方图的图像检索系统。该系统能够实现对图像的检索功能，例如，在一万幅图像中搜索出与检索图像相似的图像，依相似程度的大小显示出来。最后用查全率和查准率对系统进行评估。(To design a color histogram based image retrieval system. 神经网络进行语音识别：/enframe.m，该函数将输入向量分为固定长度固定重叠量的帧。/SampleCreate.m,将取所有音频的mfcc系数处理成神经网络函数所需的输入格式(Neural networks for speech recognition)

说明：  曲线拟合，在众多的样本点中进行拟合，找出满足样本点分布的多项式(Curve fitting, in a large number of sample points were fitted to identify the distribution of sample points satisfy the polynomial)
