网上看到很多关于矩阵求逆运算的代码，都很杂很乱，我把代码重新真理了一边，可以直接编译运行(See a lot of online matrix inversion code, very complex mess, I put the code back to the side of truth, you can directly compile and run)

说明：  吉尔数值算法，求解刚性微分方程组，稳定好，收敛好(Gill numerical algorithm, good stability and convergence for solving rigid differential equations)

基于最小二乘法的冗余信息数据融合算法实现(Least-squares method based on redundant information and data fusion algorithm)

用nuttall窗双谱线插值实现谐波提取(Nuttall window double spectrum line interpolation harmonic extraction)
