function for the PSO ALGORITHM

可以剔除数据中的异常值，一个很实用的matlab小程序。(Can remove outliers in the data, a very useful little program matlab.)

proposed filter-based algorithm uses a bank of Gabor filters to capture both local and global details in a fingerprint as a compact fixed length FingerCode. The fingerprint matching is based on the Euclidean distance between the two corresponding FingerCodes and hence is extremely fast. We are able to achieve a verification accuracy which is only marginally inferior to the best results of minutiae-based algorithms published in the open literature

Adds Kuo: Press: Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Publishing Date :2006-6-1 Introduction book focused on " Communication Theory course through examples explain in detail the method of to using Matlab letter really. The book gives a lot of the Matlab the pin text file and example. Through computer modeling and simulation, which would enable readers to deepen the understanding of the basic theory On the other hand, so that readers can quickly grasp Matlab communication system simulation techniques. The book is 10 chapters, including: Matlab basic knowledge to determine the signal analysis, stochastic processes, analog modulation, digital band transmission, the analog signal is digitized and coding, channel and channel capacity, spread spectrum communication with pseudo-random sequences.)
