A image with bad contrast is hard to be segmented. So this function analysis the RGB chennel, find the worse distributed chennel and fix it , then the result is a normal contrast image

First use EEMD to decompose the original singal to get IMFS,then use FFT to analyse the each IMF,combine EEMD with FFT to get clearer analytic results.
