多媒体图形图像正交变换语言是VC++,源码正交变换(Multimedia graphic image orthogonal transform language is VC++ source orthogonal transformation)

本程序是实现图像处理的关于调色板的设置功能。(This program is a set of image processing functions on the palette)

KMS跟踪算法源代码，目前最快的但目标跟踪算法（没有之一）。工程可以直接运行(KMS tracking algorithm source code, but the fastest target tracking algorithm. Project can be run directly)

本代码可以实现图像的维纳滤波，经过调试无错误，对于学习图像处理有较好帮助。(This code can achieve the image filtering, error-free through the debugging, better for learning image processing help.)

说明：  基于光流法的运动目标检测 也可用于流体力学运动检测(Optical flow method based on the motion detection Motion detection can also be used for fluid dynamics)

上传程序为利用vc编写的近景摄影测量程序，包括影像匹配，基本矩阵生成，核显影像生成等等。(Upload the program for the use of close-range photogrammetry vc written procedures, including image matching, basic matrix generation, nuclear generation, and so was the image.)
