代码说明:

  利用stft实现了跳频信号的跳周期估计 简单的进行了跳频信号的仿真,然后利用短时傅里叶变换对跳频信号进行分析,再对得到的时频矩阵提取时间平面,对时间序列去直流,进行傅里叶变换,最后实现得到跳周期。(estimates the hopping time of the sfh by stft )
