说明：  一种PC与单片机多机RS232串口通信设计应用(A PC with a single-chip multi-machine RS232 serial communication design application)

QT环境下开发的，用于测试电力通讯规约IEC103的一个程序(QT development environment for the testing of electrical communications statute a procedure IEC103)

作为TCP客户端跟TCP服务端进行通讯，支持modbus协议(As a TCP client to communicate with the TCP server to support the modbus protocol)

分析了 IEEE 802.15.4a的信道模型，并分析了现今测距的方法：CHAN与TAYLOR等，并在此基础上做了改进(Analysised the channel of IEEE 802.15.4a,and analysised some methods for TDOA and TOA . )
