此源码包是我本学期最优化理论课程的大作业，其中包括了我自己写的以下常用最优化算法的实现代码：最速下降法，牛顿法，非线性最小二乘法，DFP法。fun1，fun2是两个测试函数。谢谢！(This is my source packages optimization theory this semester courses in large operations, including my own to write the following commonly used optimization algorithm code: steepest descent method, Newton method, nonlinear least squares method, DFP method. fun1, fun2 are two test function. 说明：  矩阵的转置，相乘及界面的面换稀疏矩阵的三元组相加(Sum of the transpose of the matrix, multiplying, and interfacial surface replacing the sparse matrix triples)

说明：  吉尔数值算法，求解刚性微分方程组，稳定好，收敛好(Gill numerical algorithm, good stability and convergence for solving rigid differential equations)

通过滑动T检验时间序列的变化趋势，一般多用于气象分析(T-test time series by sliding the trend, generally used for weather analysis)

浸入边界法（Immersed Boundary Method）的一个示例程序。包括说明文档。(A code using the IBM (Immersed Boundary Method ) . And the help documention is included .)
