动目标检测，包括动目标检测理论，动目标检测器，目标检测公式(Moving target detection, including moving target detection theory, moving object detection, object detection formula)

说明：  计算图像边缘保护指数EPI，需要原始图像与处理后图像(To calculate the EPI, the original image and the processed image are needed)
