基于UDP的串口通信，与TCP不同的是UDP利用的是广播技术，和服务端并没有建立可靠的连接(jiyuudpdechuankoutongxin)

说明：  本程序主要是针对linux 下s3c2410下，串口驱动进行开发，针对高速率的串口数据采集，以DMA方式读取串口通信数据，并提供串口RS422的通信协议定义。次程序在2410上以成功测试过。(This procedure is mainly directed against s3c2410 under linux, the serial driver developed for high-speed serial data acquisition, DMA mode to read the serial communication of data and provides RS422 serial communication protocol definition.
