该程序可用于控制keithley2600数字源表测量太阳电池的IV曲线。可设置正反扫描次数，实时显示测量结果，并计算Jsc，Voc，FF，eff等电池参数。程序IVnew是总程序，除子程序外，还包括NI公司网站上提供的keithley2600程序包（必要）。(The program can be used to control keithley2600 digital source meter to measure the solar cell IV curve.
