本程序利用交替优化的方法实现了8-PSK信号在多普勒频移条件下的相位和定时双参数同步，不仅程序注释清晰，而且附上该程序实验报告，力求便于读者理解。(By optimizing alternately, this program realizes two parameters synchronization of phase and timing for 8-psk signal under Doppler frequency shifting channel. For better understanding of readers, I not only note the program clearly, but also provide the experimental report in the rar.)

空间无线信道建模程序matlab，考虑了多径延迟，多普勒效应，信号的角度扩展（拉普拉斯分布），MIMO，可以产生MIMO信道矩阵。(Spatial channel modeling procedures matlab, taking into account multi-path delay, Doppler effect, the signal point of view the expansion of (Laplace distribution), MIMO, can generate MIMO channel matrix.)

封装了windows操作串口的几个API（CreateFile， ReadFile，WriteFile，SetComState）。串口的读写设置这几个操作都可以简单地只用关键一两个参数就能实现操作。也是一个很好的例子，我写这个之前查了不少资料，感觉非常麻烦，索性发出来给新手们作个样例(Windows serial COM port access class，it includes CreateFile, SetComState，ReadFile，WriteFile，CloseFile)
