最好的MATLAB书，即可以作入门教材，又可以做实用手册。买的话贵了一点，现在出了7.0版，但是还是这本6.5版经典。个人认为最先出的书是有真知灼见的作者写的，后来的都是抄别人的。(the best book that can make introductory materials, can do practical manual. This code is an implementation of SURF (Speeded Up Robust Features). SURF will detect landmark points in an image, and describe the points by a vector which is robust against (a little bit) rotation,scaling and noise. It can be used in the same way as SIFT (Scale-invariant feature transform) which is patented. Thus to align (register) two or more images based on corresponding points.
