STM32F407 SPI1初始化 AD5624寄存器24位直接写入数据 命令位  （直接操作010命令 写入寄存器并更新所有） 地址位 （配置所有DACs） AD5624 写入寄存器 D11-D0 最大值为4095， 此芯片是外部参考电压（例3.3v）,输出电压为0.5v :(4095*0.5/3.3)写入到D11-D0即可。 可能是spi不稳定造成了配置一遍无法输出电压，所以进行了三遍配置才成功。
