labview通过bartender打印(LabVIEW prints via bartender)

说明：  串口的接收和发送，labview编程，学习visa的配置，写入，读取，关闭等功能(test the serial ports programming)

labview串口程序，可发一个四字节有符号数，多字节可自己修改，使用文本框，数组和示波器输出。(sent a signed int eger whit 4 Byte)
