非常好的一个matlab例程，作用是读取protel的asc文件，并显示绘图。可以作为学习matlab文件处理等函数的例子，是学生的作品，交流学习。(A very good matlab routines, function is to read protel the asc file, and display graphics. Can be used as document processing and other functions to learn matlab example is the work of students and exchange learning.)
