The overlapping part of the cell is regarded as a population. The users in the population are handed over by evolutionary game, and the base station allocates subchannels to them. The algorithm is tested by matlab. The simulation results show that the evolutionary game can achieve stability, improve system throughput, and have a good reference for resource allocation in the cell. Different from the traditional method of resource allocation, a new idea can be given.)
