基于多DSP的雷达阵列信号处理系统 (DSP-based multi-array radar signal processing system)

用VC++6.0所做的程序，进行学生信息管理，可以实现添加学生信息，查找学生信息（上一条、下一条、第一条、最后一条）以及删除选定学生信息。(Made using VC++6.0 program for student information management, student information can be added to find student information (on one, next, first, last), and delete the selected student information.)

采用camshift算法实现的跟踪，包含串口通讯可以实现下位机的控制，下位机我自己用的是arduino，控制小车转向，同时里面还有光流法跟踪的代码，可以使用鼠标选定目标，使用的是VS2011和OPENCV3.1.0
