视频格式转换，包括mpeg转为yuv和yuv格式的352*288插值为704*576.其中mpeg转为yuv需要调用文件夹中的两个dll(此为matlab工具箱提供)(Video format conversion, including mpeg to yuv and yuv format 352* 704* 288 interpolated to 576. Yuv to mpeg which folder you want to call the two dll (This is provided matlab toolbox))
