基于分形理论的改进的一种图像分割算法,用matlab语言实现(Based on Fractal Theory An improved image segmentation algorithm)

将RGB格式的图片进行mosaic处理得到RawData格式的图片，然后再恢复成RGB格式彩色图片,laroche-CFA插值算法(turn an RGB picture to RawData picture，then recover the RawData picture to an RGB picture.it is called laroche-CFA.)

说明：  两种基于非下采样变换图像去噪方法，效果比contourlet变换要好(Two transform based image denoising nonsubsampled method, the effect is better than contourlet transform)

利用低通滤波器对图像进行插值放大：按放大的倍数对原图像进行插零，插零后的图片与低通滤波函数进行卷积，原先插入的零的位置自动替换为适当的插值，如此图像就已经插值放大了，图像质量还不错。(Double the number of pixels of each row and column by adding a zero value pixel between each pixel of the image.Then operate with two kinds of low-pass filters to get the enlarged image.)

车辆牌照识别，比较简单的识别系统，可能由于数据库的不足，导致其还存在一些误差(Vehicle license plate recognition, a relatively simple recognition system, may be due to the lack of database, resulting in some errors.)

针对散焦模糊图像，用matlab实现了先基于倒谱相关性对PSF的参数估计，再用维纳滤波实现复原的算法。(Defocus blurred image using matlab first estimated based on the parameters of the cepstrum on PSF, and then the Wiener filter recovery algorithm.)
