ImageFusion

这是一个用于血管分割的程序，程序中附带多幅测试图片(This is a program for vascular segmentation, with multiple test images attached to the program)

用MATLAB对两幅图片进行图像匹配,程序运用了两种匹配算法:1.sad算法2.ssad算法3.的采用界面输入输出方式.(MATLAB to two picture image matching, and the program using the two matching algorithms: 1. Sad algorithm 2.Ssad algorithm of the input and output interface mode.input/output mode.)

采用最大方差阈值分割法，对指纹进行提取。(Using the maximum variance threshold segmentation method for fingerprint extraction.)

用matlab实现的对数极坐标转换图像配准算法，实验证明效果不错(Using matlab realize logarithmic polar coordinate conversion image registration algorithm, experiments show good results)

说明：  本代码可以载入超声图像，然后通过标注连通区域，自动截取最大连通区域对应的图像部分，达到去除四周标注的目的(After loading the ultrasonic image, the image part can be automatically cut off to remove the surrounding annotation)

在高斯混合噪声背景下实现SLIM谱估计算法和l1范数SLIM谱估计法，并在-5到15的信噪比条件与CRLB对比均方频率误差(the paper achieves the SLIM spectral estimation algorithm and l1-SLIM spectral estimation method under the Gaussian mixture background noise,then compares the mean square frequency error with CRLB under SNR from-5 to 15 )

利用图像二值化方法对图像进行调幅加网，本程序实现了45度角度的调幅加网算法。(Use of the image binarization method of images in AM screening, the program achieved a 45 degrees angle of AM screening algorithm.)
