本程序的作用，完成了一种图像的DDE算法，数字图像细节增强。(The role of this procedure, the completion of an image of the DDE algorithm, digital image detail enhancement.)

h264实现监控,不是动态的，是通过读取每一帧图像(h264 yuv420 to rgb)

说明：  处理geotiff图像文件格式的开源库，含VC工程文件，编译时需tiff库（libtiff）的支持(handling GeoTIFF image file format open source, containing VC engineering documents, compiled take tiff library (libtiff) support)

格子波尔兹曼来实现图像修复，能够快速高效的实现图像修复(Lattice Boltzmann for image restoration, fast and efficient image restoration)

说明：  输出带连接点的匹配影像，基于opencv(Output matched image with connection points, based on OpenCV)

用奇异值分解的方法实现图像的去噪，并且与其他的方法进行比较，较之其他的方法有了明显的提升(To eliminate the noise from signals and compared to others mothods，an depressing effect is gotten)

说明：  使用matlab实现脑磁共振图像的海马体分割(Using MATLAB to segment the hippocampus of brain MR images)

进一步讨论怎么样进行虹膜眼睛的位置确认，区域生长法确定内圆轮廓(To further discuss how to confirm the position of the iris eye and determine the inner circle contour by region growth method)

对脉搏波的波峰波谷以及重搏波拐点的检测，挺好用的。。(On the pulse wave dicrotic wave peaks and valleys as well as the inflection point detection, very good use. .)
