说明：  采用S函数设计神经网络PID控制器，该算法控制器应用于Simulink控制中，对初学者或其他算法的常规比较有较好的效果。(The neural network PID controller is designed in S-function, and the algorithm controller is used in Simulink control, which has a better effect for beginners or other algorithm routine comparison.)

本程序用matlab编写，主要是为解决IEEE40节点电力负荷分配问题而想的一种算法。我把该算法命名为水桶法，是受一桶水的高度总与这个桶的最短一块木板齐平的原理，算法每次迭代把功率分配给需要最小消耗的机组上。(This program with matlab, main is to solve the IEEE40 node power load distribution and think of an algorithm.
