说明：  这是一个使用了8位移位寄存器HC595的电子钟程序，里面包括了仿真程序。以及HC595的操作说明。(This is a used 8-bit shift register of the electronic bell HC595 procedures, which include the simulation program. As well as instructions HC595.)

根据设计任务书的要求，本次设计为110kV 变电站电气一次部分初步设计，并绘 制电气主接线图及其他图纸。该变电站设有两台主变压器，站内主接线分为110kV、 35kV 和10kV 三个电压等级。各个电压等级分别采用单母线分段接线、单母线分段带 旁母接线和单母线分段接线(From the guide of engineering design assignment, we have to design primary power-system of 110kV substation and draw main electrical one-line diagram and others. 步进电机28BYJ48型四相八拍电机，电压为DC5V—DC12V。当对步进电机施加一系列连续不断的控制脉冲时，它可以连续不断地转动。每一个脉冲信号对应步进电机的某一相或两相绕组的通电状态改变一次，也就对应转子转过一定的角度（一个步距角）。当通电状态的改变完成一个循环时，转子转过一个齿距。四相步进电机可以在不同的通电方式下运行，常见的通电方式有单（单相绕组通电）四拍（A-B-C-D-A。。。），双（双相绕组通电）四拍（AB-BC-CD-DA-AB-。。。），八拍（A-AB-B-BC-C-CD-D-DA-A。。。）(Stepping Motor 28BYJ48 four-phase eight-phase motor, the voltage DC5V-DC12V. When a series of continuous control pulses are applied to the stepper motor, it can be continuously rotated. Each pulse signal corresponds to the stepper motor of a phase or two-phase winding power state change once, also corresponds to the rotor through a certain angle (a step angle).
