这个是基于matlab的维纳滤波设计，其中包括两个列子，一个是在时域实现滤波器，一个是在频域实现滤波器，两个列子都是对chirp信号进行处理的(there are two examples for weina filer desined in matlab ,one is achieved in frequency domain and another is achieved in time domain.the two weina filers are desined to remove noise from chirp.)

基于小波的纹理特征，小波四层分解，特征向量含有均值、标准差、空间频率等，共13*4个特征。(Based on texture feature of wavelet, wavelet decomposition, four layers of characteristic vector containing the mean, standard deviation, such as spatial frequency, a total of 13* 4 characteristics.)
