代码说明：

凿孔的matlab代码，本人调试通过可以直接运行有凿孔和解凿孔两个部分，加在卷积编码模块后，提高传输速率和信道利用率，但也相应地降低了卷积码的性能(Perforated matlab code, I can run a debugging through reconciliation punctured punctured two parts, plus the convolution coding module, to improve the transmission rate and channel utilization, but also a corresponding decrease in the performance of convolutional codes)
