visualc++6.0 实现图像中圆的检测(circle detection)

正反馈主动频率偏移法，是应用于孤岛检测的一种算法，可以减小检测盲区，加快孤岛检测速度(Positive feedback active frequency offset method is an algorithm used in islanding detection)

说明：  是马尔可夫图像分割的C++程序，可以用于遥感图像(It's a C++ program for Markov image segmentation, which can be applied to remote sensing images.)

通过图片的外参数矩阵对图片进行透视变换，对图片的外参数进行校正(camera calibration)

1 完成图象处理的基本功能2：二值化、边缘检测、滤波。 2 熟悉dc的部分常用功能，学习图标控制弹出框。(a complete image processing of the two basic functions : values, edge detection, filtering. 2 familiar with the dc part of the commonly used function, learning to control pop icon frame.)
