针对散焦模糊图像，用matlab实现了先基于倒谱相关性对PSF的参数估计，再用维纳滤波实现复原的算法。(Defocus blurred image using matlab first estimated based on the parameters of the cepstrum on PSF, and then the Wiener filter recovery algorithm.)

可用于医学图像处理的分水岭算法，可以输入黑白图像，生成彩色分割图像(Can be used for medical image processing of the watershed algorithm, can enter a black-and-white images, color segmentation image generated)

说明：  本程序在EVC4.0+PPC SDK 2003下调试通过。用Independent JPEG Group发行的JpegLib进行Jpeg图像的读取与保存。(This procedure in EVC4.0+ PPC SDK 2003 adopted under the debugger. By Independent JPEG Group issued JpegLib to read Jpeg images and preservation.)

图像拼接源码实现，包括多频率图像融合，sift特征点配准算法(Image Stitching source implementation, including multi-frequency image fusion, sift feature points matching algorithm)

ITK的脑室图像分割,可以对脑部的图像用itk进行分割，用VTK来进行显示。(the segration of brain of ITK )
