A_Outer1_1xxx

model reference adaptive controller

(Mixed programming, C language function calls a M file, proficient in matlab programming routines)

(Soon realize image registration, at least I think that is a very good program)

(Per the IEEE 802.11a specifications, we 52 have used subcarriers. Given so, the theoretical maximum expected PAPR is 52 (around 17dB). However, thanks to the scrambler, all the subcarriers in an OFDM symbol being equally modulated is unlikely. )

(The program developed in c platform described awng channel QPSK modulation approach. More satisfactory results)

matlab最基本的卡尔曼滤波的算法，最最基本的，就5步5句话，可以任意移植(matlab basic Kalman filter algorithm, the most basic, step 5 of the fifth sentence, can be transplanted)

(6-order polynomial distribution of the source code of Willie Wagner, to achieve good time-frequency clustering and accurate estimates of time-frequency peak)

聚类的一个工具箱 挺好用的 ，推荐大家用一下(the clustering toolbox， it is very useful)

A {@code CharacterCodingException} is thrown when an encoding or decoding error occurs.
