CVI环境下的串口调试助手，主要功能有即时收发信息，显示波形，截图和保存数据(CVI environment serial debugging assistant, the main function includes immediately send and receive information to display waveforms, capture and save data)

说明：  通过CreatFile SetupComm GetCommStat等API函数来创建一个串口传输程序(CreatFile SetupComm GetCommStat such as through the API function to create a serial transfer procedure)

该源代码主要是实现串口通信，并将所传输的内容实现保存。(The source code is mainly realize serial communication, and the transmission of content preservation.)
