实现一个信号的WVD变换，针对的信号是非平稳的随机信号(To achieve a WVD transformation of a signal, the signal is a non-stationary random signal.)

说明：  使用mean shift方式增强图像对比度的一个小演示（开发平台：matlab7.0）(Using mean shift mode contrast-enhanced images of a small demo (Development Platform: matlab7.0))

隐马尔科夫工具箱,设置路径后直接使用。在MATLAB中实现。(Hidden Markov toolbox, set path directly. Implemented in MATLAB.)

可以进行背景减除法-三帧法-高斯背景建模法运动检测( This file (the project file) contains information at the project level and is used to build a single project or subproject. Other users can share the project (.dsp) file, but they should export the makefiles locally. )

说明：  提取亚像素精度的中心线的线检测算法，适用于线结构光的中心提取(Line detection algorithm for extracting sub-pixel centerline is suitable for extracting the centerline of line structured light.)

改程序是本人编写的，可以运行，采用的是yale人脸数据，采用4*4分块，无权值，统一旋转不变模式(The program is I write, can run, using Yale face data, using the 4* 4 block, has no right to value, uniform &rotation invariant mode)
