说明：  golden code 一种先进的编码方法 性能优越 复杂度低(golden code, an advanced coding method superior performance, low complexity)

(Improve the efficiency of data transmission, reduce the bit error rate is the channel coding task. The essence of channel coding is to increase the reliability of communication. But the channel coding can make data transmission of useful information is reduced, the channel coding process is to add some symbols in the source data stream, so as to achieve the purpose of erroneous judgment and correction at the receiver)

说明：  利用微粒群算法（pso）优化支持向量机（SVM）的参数-c,-g(Using pso optimized support vector machine parameters-c,-g)

说明：  字母识别源程序,能够对26个字母进行识别，并以A为例做识别演示(source identification letters to the 26 letters identification, and as an example to do a demonstration Recognition)
