从数据库生成excel报表的vb子程序。数据库是sqlserver2000,报表预先用excel制作好，运行程序后报表中将自动填入数据并进入打印预览状态(From the database to generate excel report vb subroutine. 测试vb与PLC通讯，目前测试已经成功，但是有部分代码需要修改(test vb communacation with plc)
