此程序是基于最优控制LQR对倒立摆进行仿真控制，所用平台是matlab(This procedure is based on the LQR optimal control simulation of the inverted pendulum control platform is used by matlab)

(The speech enhancement results evaluation framework, including the four speech quality assessment method: the SNR signal to noise ratio, segment the SNR segSNR, and the number of spectral distortion of LSD, the PESQ. Also includes the generation of m-files to set the signal to noise ratio voice files. Also applies to other areas of speech quality assessment.)

(Is about the basics of OFDM and some basic source code, suitable for beginners communications)

说明：  此程序能应用于陀螺的allen方差的计算(allen Variance calculations used for gyroscope )

说明：  its about wireless sensor network

(Matlab several instances, factorial, cumulative, Bubble Sort, etc. .....)
